Volunteer Positions

The Conference Championship Volunteer Coordinator function is being handled by X this year.  Please fill in all the cells in your spreadsheet and submit those entries to the assigned coordinator July XX  It is imperative that all slots be filled prior to showing up at the meet.  Not having the cells filled is the surest way to slow down Championships.  Please submit the updated spreadsheets to X by emailing them to X at the following email address.

Meet / Facility Overview - UPDATED Layout - 07/18

The Roseville Aquatic Complex has hosted at least one NorCal Championship Meet for the past five years.   The preliminaries will be run using two 8 lane courses - separated by heats.  The Odd Heats (1,3,5,...) will swim prelims in the Orange course.  The Even Heats (2,4,6,...) will swim prelims in the Yellow course.   The top 10 preliminary times will be entered into finals which will be held in the afternoon.  Finals will run a single 10 lane configuration on the Odd/Orange course.

The RAC has a large scoreboard at the east end of the pool (entrance). When running preliminary's on both course, Swimmer Names will not be displayed. Once we proceed to finals, then the swimmers name will be displayed. The time shown on the scoreboard is the Primary time and not the official time and placements.

Also, there will be real time results available for smart phone across the internet. you can type

in the browser or you can download an app called Live results from Big fish for a small fee.

Relays and finals make up last segment of each day.  During this period, only one 10 lane heat will swim per event.

Each team has been assigned a large area at the facility for the team and parents to sit together.  

T-Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Tanks, etc will be available as well as swimming gear.

Plenty of parking at the High School, and the Roseville Sports Center

 the RAC lot will fill up quickly and then will become a Drop off area only

Reserved parking in dirt lot to the north of the pool. Need a pass to enter

No parking on the grass near the pavilion except for snack bar personnel

Red Zone parking will be ticketed by Roseville Police

Please Plan accordingly.
