Championship Ad
Sales
Team
Responsibility
|
Each team is
responsible for a minimum of $200 ad sales. Everything over
the $200 minimum is subsequently split with the team that sold the
ad. The splits are paid out at the beginning of the follow
swim year.
Each team should have one team coordinator that gathers all the
ads for that team and turns them in to Elinor Bickle by
July 6th.

Database

Each Conference
is to identify the person in charge of their building and managing
the Championship Meet database and Meet Manager Software. The
table below details the conference’s weekend that they
hold championships, the computer operator, and the date the
seeded meet database is due for program generation.

Please email in a backup of the meet database, configured the way
you want it along with a PDF report of how you want it
printed in the program (all records turned on, qualification times,
etc). It is my intent to simply use what you
send me in PDF format but if something needs to be changed or I run
in to problems, I want to be able to quickly respond to that
issue.

Other Program
Content

Each conference
is responsible for any other meet specific content they want in
their program. This includes ’schedule/time
line’, menu’s from snackbars, or other meet
specific documents. These items are due the same dates listed
above for the meet seedings and backups. Please submit
these to Jon by those dates.
